With the current stipulations, he'd be able to beat Tsunade and Mei (assuming he is healed between battles). He loses to all the others without Sharingan / Mangekyou Sharingan.
Full knowledge on Tsunade's strength (already knows this with manga knowledge, though) and regenerative capabilities means he will avoid CQC and opt for ranged attacks to hamper her movements. Suitions can push her around while Raitons can paralyze / damage her. Eventually, Kakashi will pull off a Kage Bunshin without her noticing, considering he can easily block line of sight with a Suiton wall, Doton wall, or a smoke bomb. From there, she will either be distracted by the Kage Bunshin, allowing the real Kakashi to flank her with a decapitating Raikiri, or hit the Kage Bunshin, get paralyzed, and allow the real Kakashi to kill her.
Same idea with Mei, albeit she is far more versatile than Tsunade. Mei's main offense is Lava attacks, which Kakashi can easily dodge (considering Karin did so) or block with Dotons / Suiton walls. Her corrosive Mist release can be dodged via Doton tunneling and flanking her.
Raikage's speed will require Sharingan reflexes. Onoki's flight will require Kamui. The current location basically gives Gaara a pseudo-sand source, which again, will require Sharingan and possibly Kamui to win, especially if Gaara starts flying, which undoubtedly requires Kamui. For that, Kakashi would lose to those three.
