I don't believe he can escape Tsukuyomi seeing as how it actually takes place for a second. The Hachibi can't break him out of it that fast.

If Itachi were to directly enter their dimension like Sasuke the Hachibi would be screwed.

By the time Gyuki manages to do that, the damage has already been done.
Remember that 3 seconds= 3 days in the Tsukiyomi world.

Normal genjutsu release methods don't work with it.

Naruto is fully aware of Gyuki anyway, and wouldn't have explicitly said what he did if he thought he made a difference.

The reason bee does not beat TSUKUYOMI is because it takes time to wake him up and the jutsu is over in a second.

well according to manga knowledge genjutsu doesn't work on perfect jin but nothing explicitly about Tsukuyomi was said so not sure... also obito contradicted the statement by controlling a perfect jin.....

Through Yagura, it was proven that a powerful Sharingan Genjutsu cannot be broken by a Perfect Jin. He isn't getting out of Tsukuyomi.
