What if Hamura became corrupted by the Juubi he sealed within himself, what if, following the concept of Ying-Yang/Light-Dark, Hamura became dark and evil, teaching the concepts of Ninjutsu, weaponizing chakra for wars, whilst Hagoromo taught Ninshu, the art of peace.

"According to Hidan, Jashin expects that all his followers — so named "Jashinists" — bring nothing less than utter destruction and death."

What if Hamura is like the Devil, whilst Hagoromo is like God, and Kaguya is like Eve, eating the forbidden fruit.

Perhaps Hamura was plotting with his mother.

First Juubi was not sealed inside of Hamura according to viz which is the official translation. As for the idea in general I have made a theory myself

Kishimoto created Jashin so he could somehow explain Hidan's immortality. That's all there is to it.

What if Hamura was the Death Reaper? If you think about it, he was able to seal the Juubi therefore he should be the reaper since the reaper seals souls and w/e he seals.
