Any anime you folks aware of that meets these romance requirements?

1. Lead hero is childhood friends with protagonist female.
2. They have to look in each other's eyes and say aishiteru or koishiteru (These are the highest Japanese love confessions) or one of the variations of either (however, "aishi" or "koishi" needs to be in the dialogue). It is preferable in a romantic setting like a sunset or a rainstorm.

3. Before/after#2, they have to have a kiss on the lips shown and it isn't obscured or zoomed out.
4. As far as them sleeping together (before or after confession).
5.There needs to be a marriage proposal even if it is a flashback.
6. Wedding has to be shown. That is, even if it brief, they are shown getting wed. Photos or videos don't count. Flashbacks, even brief, are allowed.
7. They have to be shown by the series end with at least one kid. Pregnant mother is also allowed. Newborns shown is favorable. Same ruling as above.

Excluding #4, all must be met in exact order as described. However, I prefer if all 7 are met.

This is a very strict set of rules. Unless you are listing the plot of an obscure anime point for point, i doubt such an anime exists.

Because I'd like to think that at least 1 anime has all these elements.

For clarification, I am referring to a hetero non-porn anime that would have all these elements.

Like I said, save for #4, this theoretical title has to include all the elements in the listed order.

Literally 0 animes that I know are exactly like this.

In my opinion, the best romance anime ever does almost fit your requirements.
Clannad and the Clannad Afterstory.

Wedding is sadly not shown, proposal is shown.
They're not childhood friends, however, one of the heroines is a childhood friend with the main character.

Not sure about number 2, I don't think they said that, and a kiss wasn't involved either.

Either way, Clannad is a must-watch for anyone who likes romance or anime, and even if you don't like any of them Clannad will always remain a must-watch.

Tera Path, there is a difference between nonexistent and virtually nonexistent. While Tera Path is right about sometimes there needing to be compromising, I am specifically seeking an anime that has all these elements.

Well either way, you have to watch Clannad.

Angel Beats
School Days - This is not your average romance anime..... it's actually..... quite disturbing.
Garden of Words - A magnificent movie made by Makoto Shinkai, almost everything he has is terrific.
5 Centimeters Per Second - Made by Makoto Shinkai
Voices of a Distant Star - Made by Makoto Shinkai
The Place Promised In Our Early Days - Made by Makoto Shinkai

All of these (except Angel Beats) completely revolve around romance, but they only meet probably tops 2 requirements that you have listed each, nevertheless they're great.

And come to think of it, in a way Sword Art Online ticks all of these boxes except for 4 and maybe 2, only it's done in a different manner.
4 was almost done, but this is a shounen anime we're talking about.

I've seen the Angel Beats subbed, a portion of its dub, and the last 2 Shinkai titles you mentioned as dubbed.
