Just to be the smartass here: As Naruto mentioned, he actually takes a part one's being to recreate a lost body part. So ........ Based on that he cant, unless he gets hold of Madara (his head most likely) ... by then it wld be quite necessary.

The red Rinnegan with 9 tomoe is the most majestic thing that I have ever seen........the purple rinnegan was awsome.....until everyone got one....-_-
