But in honesty, I don't think the Byakugan, as in, the EYE itself will get any power up or whatever, but I still think it's possible to have new Jyuuken jutsus.

I think so too, the Sharingan evolves (probably because of the Juubi's influence) the Byakugan doesn't so people just need to get better at it cuz it's already hax

I think the Byakugan is natural eyes of whatever species Kaguya happens to be. Since I HIGHLY doubt she's human
