Hamura: Looks, powers, attitude, weapons

We only seen his back image during fight with Juubi.

Hagoromo did not tell so much about him.

Kaguya only made mention his name.

Lets have a littile game of Theory of what he might be.

This is just my opinion.

Looks: Long Hair, long robes, with Horn, Jiraiya like....

Powers: Immortality, Creation of Tools, Higher Byakugan version, best Sealing Jutsus, adept in Taijutsu and close combat. Tanker in battle.

Attitude: Funny, not Serious, Perverted, relaxed, smiling always, cool, girl magnet. Creative.

Weapons: He made all the Sage Weapons as the effects of his creativity and foolishness

Hamura is the one true Sage/God. Unlike Hagoromo, Hamura can transcend cultures and jazz and speak on the level of the person he's talking to, instead of being a smartass like his brother.

Honestly i think Hamura will be another Naruto attitude parallel, since Kishi as been doing that alot, and Hagoromo seems like the serious type so i'm guessing he's going to be the Naruto type.
