How can there be no more fillers for the rest of the year?

Honestly we have had 3 chapter episodes the past three episodes. We're about 64 episodes behind, so about 22 episodes..... Do you really think they will have us catch all the way up to Chapter 679 by the end of the year? We're currently a year behind the manga and that's not much.

Personally, I think the animators are going a little to fast with the Juubi battle.

22 Episodes = 5 Months. 5 Months of anime to catch up with the current manga, and Kishi has stated that the manga will end this year. (There are about 5-6 months left of 2014 in which Kishi will be making manga.) In other words, the manga will end about the time the anime has caught up with the current manga. ​

I have been wondering that too. I really don't believe they continue like that. There will either be filler (perhaps after Sasuke's Meeting with the Edo Hokages) or they will expand the main plot with additional material.
