You lack reading comprehension, the context was that the interdimensional transportation at that time (Obito was near death) was slower than Onmyoudon attack.

Konan had already confirmed that Obito takes more time to self transport than transporting another. Had Obito been in his Prime condition he'd have transported himself without Kakashi's aid. What Hiraishin surpassed however was much faster than that.

If you're use this as your evidence you really are lacking in the reading comprehension department and you should just drop the manga all together, having a bit of common sense would let you know that its because obito is near death is the reason why his interdimensional travel was slow as before that he easily moved back and forth through dimensions.
