What would you do to improve this section?

I noticed that there is so many people who post things that are either off topic, or insulting. Or they intentionally try to provoke other members. Some try to post things to annoy others. It is also often called "trolling".

What would you do to improve this section. Obviously, it would be great if everyone tried to post intelligent and smart on topic posts. But I guess that the fact, that it is the rational thing to do so, is not enough for some people. I would like to ask you, what do you believe would make this section better? How would you do it?

What would you suggest? How could we make this section, as well as the entire forum, be a better place and experience for everyone?

I believe that together we can help the mods and others, who are already doing their job. Do you think it can be done? It makes sense to ask other people. Write you suggestions and advices.

And don't just ban every accout, IP ban them. We don't need them to return.
