I don't think she will be the one to defeat her, however i liked how you connected Madara to sasuke and naruto to Obito.
It actually makes sense that she would probably relate to kaguya like sasuke did to madara and naruto did to obito.

Maybe Kaguya was once like sakura, maybe she had relationship issues as well and maybe she lost her lover and gave up on love, unlike sakura. Sakura might remind her of her old self similar to how naruto reminded obito of his old self.

Sakura might not beat her but she will help and maybe serve to shed some light into kaguya's history, personality and pain.
