Kaguya can just use COAT to destroy yata. totsuka and susanoo, she can easily change the landscape to lava with a single thought, she's not afraid of anything. In fact, Itachi with his Susanoo up would fall in the lava and die since Final Susanoo is open to ground attacks and he's falling into Lava.

Current Naruto and current Sasuke are both exponentially stronger than Itachi was. Kaguya is exponentially stronger than Naruto and Sasuke.
I do admit that Itachi had a LOT of potential though.
