You could speculate that the counter genjutsu should also be transfered even trough mere chakra connection.
If naruto still has his chakra connected to the alliance, that might just be a way out.
IF it is indeed a counter genjutsu that they would use.

hmm hmm hmm Naruto isn't immune. He was saved by Sasuke. Those that are trapped in IT are not immune because Naruto isn't. Also, if Sasuke was right, whatever was left of Kurama's chakra that was inside them, is now in Kaguya.

Do we read the same manga? Sasuke said that you need a rinnegan to counter this genjutsu.

the 2nd hokage is a creative jutsu genius!! the 4th is a seal master thanks to narutos mama, the 1st also shares the sages son chakra/spirit or whatever and the 3rd is just a b@dd@ss ^.^

the only way I see naruto and team getting out of this last chapters last panel is with sasukes flying susanoo
