So, I think BZ could just follow Madara and didn;t betray him, why? because Madara wanted to become one with Kaguya from the beginning.

After all, Kaguya absorbed Madara and became one with him. Then what was the point in ruining such a badass character in one shot?

Another scenario would be that Madara had already known BZ is Kaguya's will. In that case, everything till now is according to the plan, and

Madara: "BZ, now it's the time to become one with your will, let's do it"
BZ: "Yeah"

So, i think Kishi could have done the merging in a way that Madara become one with Kaguya while he's not one shoted. In that case, Madara would be even more badass hahaha

that's why i said i wish kishi had made the scenario such that Kaguya and Madara had infused with each other with an advance plan. At current situation, Madara is most likely to go on good side, as always "Villain's all bad actions being forgotten" :|

yeah i know, and that's exactly what I'm complaining about. I say they merged with together after all, then why not according to a pre-plan so that they become the final villan together and most importantly, any possibility for him to become good reaches Zero?

BZ's betrayal opened the plot door to make him become good :|

you realize that it was not madara that was thinking/saying lets become one, it was kaguya from inside the shinju. so you're wrong on that whole scenario.
