A would probably win since Jiraiya need a lot of time to go in to sennin moodo.

I doubt summonings would work well against A since he's so fast and strong.

Jiraiya lacks defensive capabilities.

Jiraiya IMHO. He has access to that frog gentjutsu. Aye got caught in a simple Sharingan genjutsu from Madara. Once Jiraya starts that up it's all over.

The trick us getting into sage mode and buying time for Ma and Pa to draw in enough nature chakra to activate it. Ay is fast....real fast.

chief toad can easily maintain a fight with him.he owned one tails after all


pervy sage can run away with shadow clone feints to build up sage mode and when he gets in it he overwhelms him in taijutsu


raikage has no counter for stomach of the toad

the toads also says its their strongest genjutsu,which implies they have others too

true but like in his fight with Pain, Jiraiya is clever with kage bushin. Since Aye us neither a sensor nor possesses a doujutsu, it's a matter of keeping him distracted with some well placed clones while Jiraiya draws in nature chakra.

but once he is in sage mode Jiraiya wins, before then, Aye has the upper hand.

Jiraiya wins, imo. When A fought with Sasuke they were almost equals. Jiraiya is stronger than that.

Jman could go into the frog space he used on pein and have enough time to get in to sage mode

Raikage is too fast for Jiraiya. Full powered Raikage was much faster than KCM Naruto who had to do a speed blitz to avoid the raikage. Be aware that this blitz was faster than sage mode would ever do since it is similar to FTG. Raikage even said that only Minato in the past escaped. That's only because of his FTG. Sasuke could match the raikage only because of his sharingan which allows the prediction of movements. Nothing in Jiraiya's arsenal is fast enough to attain the raikage. In short, this is a battle of speed and only the fastest one wins.
