Is Indra's reincarnation the only one able to use susanoo safely?

The only susanoo users we have seen so far have been Madara, Itachi and Sasuke. Only Madara and Sasuke could use the susanoo to their full extent without being weakened and be prone to diseases. Madara and Sasuke were Indra's reincarnation but Itachi was not. While Sasuke went blind when he overused susanoo, Itachi lost his life while doing the same. It seems the susanoo had a huge impact on his health and aggravated the disease. So, is it possible that only Indra's reincarnation is able to use the susanoo safely without contracting a disease and be able to advance it up to the perfect stage?

Itachi died not cause of Susanoo. So no, it's not possible.

Sasuke used his Susanoo once, and he got blind. I'm pretty sure that Itachi used it even more than Sasuke did.

Nice theory, but what i'm saying is Itachi couldn't have contracted an illness from susanoo because MS only makes the user go blind, and Itachi could have already had an ailment.

Itachi had a terminal illness. Susanoo did not kill him.

That's not true, because Sasuke used susanoo while he had MS, and managed to survive. It's most likely a fact that susanoo doesn't deplete your chakra as quickly when the user has EMS though.

Using Susanoo in general shortens ones lifespan.. Madara survived only due to his connection to the Gedo Mazo

And Sasuke is still young

And Itachi had a chronic illness like Kimmimaro...

I think that it is only Indra's reincarnations that can unlock EMS... since only Indra's reincarnations have been known to be successful in the transplant

It is good that you said presumably. One thing to consider is that madara was stronger than his clansmen plain and simple. Madara did not become strong because of EMS although it greatly increased his power. The scan you posted said many sacrifices were made, it didn't say none succeeded. The MS is rear already among the uchiha, the EMS may be even rearer. There is nothing to suggest that itachi could not have gotten EMS.

Well I know that what I am about to say is merely based on filler but, when they showed the special flashback of the history of Izanami and Izanagi on the anime, a shtload of Uchiha's were seen with the Mangekyo Sharingan... So I doubt that the MS was rare, but, as I said, that assumption is mostly based on the anime only revelation. And I know anime only stuff is frowned upon on the base v_v So disregard it if you choose.

I dont think itachi died of susano'o. It only makes the user blind. I think he had some other ailness

Itachi did not get the disease or contract the disease from using susanoo..... He just didnt have ems

No that's just a coincidence. The only reason why itachi never perfected his susanoo is because he didn't work at it to hard. And the MS effected both sasuke and itachi in vision but sasuke got permanent sight due to the EMS and same with madara. So obviously their susanoo will be stronger. Btw susanoo didn't have anything to do with itachi's sickness.
