Not with the developments a lot of character's have made since the war arc. He's top 15-20. A>B>C logic doesn't always apply in Naruto-verse though. It's definitely possible for him to take out somebody in the top ten spot though, because his sage mode genjutsu is far too over-powering for a lot of people. Even with the prep time he needs I believe he could still pull it off on some of the top 10 spots due to summonings, sage mode strength, and his vast knowledge of ninjutsu.

tobirama uses the same jutsu as minato so its likely he has intel on it.plus J-man has amazing speed feats if you go back and read the manga

I don't agree with you. Itachi had a disease when he was hit by Sasuke's shuriken. It's the same as Itachi was badly injured. Btw, we saw how he beat Nagato and how strong he was.

Kakashi would snipe him, he already sniped a rocket shot by Pain, he also sniped a really fast Lighting kunai neg diff, he could easily snipe Jiraya, Obito would stomp Jiraya lel, and Oro already defeated Jiraya lel.

BM Mnato crushes Jiraya neg diff, Tobirama would just make a clone and make him got to Jiraya and Boom, K.O.

Kakashi was held back by plot lel.

Tsukyomi solos, Amaterasu would kill Jiraya before he got into SM.

Jiraya was never as fast as Minato or Minato, not even close, he would get stomped by both.

Killer Bee goes 8-Tail and Bijuudama's him.
