[theory]hagoromo and hamura(mokuton and gudou damas)

we all know that the sage has mokuton (senju)and the reniegan which is clear as madara got the sage chakra from combining his and hashi's power . in this theory i think that the chakra cloak and the gudou damas weren't hagoromos power but his brother hamura's power and there's alot of proofs on this:
frist of all non jin madara didn't get the damas he just got mokuton and riniegan.

it"s because he absorbed it from hamura like how obito did with madara ,

then how asura has the gudou damas while his father doesn't?
the better quistion is : is asura really the son of hagoromo or hamura?
the reason i could ask this ^ because hamura is still mysterious and the sage didn't reveal any thing about him and asura being hamura's son walks along with the theory's that states that the uzumaki and hyuga are hamura's decendants while the senju and uchiha are hagoromo's decendants

hogoromo clearly states that ashura and indra are his sons. which is why he says that indra inherited his gifts and ashura seemed to not, at least at first anyways. he would not have said that if he had not been his actual son. as for his staff, it could be that it's an actual staff, and when you become a juubi jin it's trying to emulate the sage as close as possible. but even if his brother did have gudo dama, why are they not in that picture, he would still have some floating around.

tobi also stated once that he 's madara and told madara's story as his story ,why would he hold actual staff against jubi ? ,hamura staff is real also he isn't weilding asword
