How's it going? One crazy chapter we had today. This took a while to make lol.
Anyways, before I start to the main thing I just wanted to point out one thing that some of you may have missed.
So we all know Byakugan can see chakra:

Well if you noticed, Kaguya also saw Sasuke/Naruto with the Byakugan and it was shown that the main power of source seemed to be fixated into each of their hands, which makes sense considering Hagoromo infused his power through that channel.

Moving on, let's look at one of the abilites of Byakugan; extended visual sight.So just from activating the Byakugan, any fodder can get a 50 meter field of vision.
Then this next bit:Neji goes from part 1 of 50 meters to over 800 meters in part 2. He quickly was able to analyze an entire area with his genius eyes.

Furthermore, Hinata easily covered 10 kilometers of vision.

So how does this relate to Kaguya? Simple:
If Neji was able to cover 800 meters in a simple glance without effort, and Hinata (who wasn't too skilled at that point) was able to cover 10 Kilometers then-
Kaguya's Byakugan range could witness over countries, or even the entire planet. (No I'm not saying Kaguya is planet buster, I'm saying her Vision is planet wide-scale level).
So just to give you an idea:
Earth has a circumference of 40,075 kilometers.
Now let's just assume that at that point, Hinata's maximum visual range was 800 kilometers.
This means that if Hinata's power was multiplied by about 50 times, her vision range could reach 40,075. (40,075/800 ≈ 50)
So to cover the whole circumference of the Earth, Kaguya would only need to have a vision sight that is 50 times greater than 800 Kilometers to match the circumference length.
Kaguya is probably a trillion/x times stronger than Hinata so imagine her Range for Vision.
And then the good Old Byakugan also gives 360 degrees of Vision, So Kaguya can look at you sleeping with just the flick of her eyes.

And another thing, some people have said that :
if Kaguya used the Infinite Tsukuyomi then he must've been off the moon and therefore Hagoromo didn't create it on his deathbed.
So I want to show why this may not necessarily be true.
Well Now I want to bring something up regarding the Moon's Eye Plan/Project Tsukuyomi. (Btw kudos to whosoever viz scan this is, think it is from BlinkST)

Obito stated that by becoming The Juubi's Jin. he'd be able to Amplify his Ocular Powers, and then reflect it off the Moon's Surface to increase his Ocular Range.
In a previous chapter, Madara showed that if he can get people in his Genjutsu then he can create anything he want from a blank canvas.

So the problem isn't thegenjutsu itself,it dependson the power of the person using it.
So my point here is that Kaguya is leagues ahead of both Madara and Obito, her visual powers were so Strong that she simply didn't need the moon as a medium to amplify her Genjutsu.
She ate the fruit of the Shinju and "in her prime was the strongest of all" (hehe); or rather Hagoromo simply said she was the strongest ever.

We saw how powerful she was this chapter, its safe to conclude that her Ocular Powers were so great that she probably didn't need the moon. You get the point.
Now here is something interesting I wanted to mention regarding a limitation of the Byakugan.Here is Neji back in Part 1 who couldn't see through the Sound 4 Barrier encompassing Sasuke in the Coffin.

Now by no means am I saying something that fodder level can work against Kaguya;
HOWEVER we've already seen something able to render the Infinite Tsukuyomi Void. Sasuke's Rinnegan.
"A Rinnegan can cancel the Rinnegan jutsu."

So My points here is that Sasuke could theoretically guard himself and Naruto from Kaguya's Sharingan as well as Byakugan via his Susanoo using both of the above tactics.

Then proceed to take-on Kaguya in this Megazoid Susanoo/Bijuu combo.
