Well, true Kaguya does not have feats, so technically we can't formulate arguments in VS threads. That being said, going by scaling, she's an extremely powerful anime character that not many series can beat. (I'm positive she'd beat Ichigo, BSM Naruto potentially beats him, so I don't see how Kaguya couldn't)

She doesn't need to have any feats, we can extrapolate her power level by looking at Hagoromo's feats. If Hagoromo can create the moon on his deathbed without the Juubi, then she can probably create stars or even black holes.

She would solo piccolo, In case you haven't noticed she's pretty damn strong. DBZ is a pretty bad at registering power levels so it's hard to determine someone's actual power. Piccolo destroys the moon but the final battle between SS4 Gogeta and Omega Shenron only destroys a city? DBZ physics don't make any sense. The outcome really depends on whether Akira Toriyama feels like it or not.

She could probably take LSS Broly low diff and at most SSG Goku Mid-High Diff if I'm being liberal with DBZ character powers and conservative with Kaguya's power estimation

Lets not forget, infinite tsukuyomi alone can solo a lot of people, in and out of the Naruto universe. She doesn't need the moon (so don't even come with that destroy the moon crap). She can put people under the genjutsu from a distance just by using her byakugan. Once you get caught under that, then bam it is over! Instant paralysis and dreaming.

I am not saying that we should fully judge her yet, but you are severelry underestimating Kaguya!
