In this thread I'll be using nothing but pure manga scans, there will be a speed comparison as well as technique characteristic comparison. I think many already know that Hiraishin no jutsu is far Superior to Sasuke's Rinnegan teleportation but nobody had made an in-depth analysis so here we are.

One more thing to be cleared before we move any further,

Hiraishin no Jutsu aka the Flying Thunder God technique aka the Flying Raijin technique and it's variants are used by the Fourth Hokage Minato and the Second Hokage Tobirama. The fourth Hokage modeled his technique after the second Hokage but his is slightly different and more advanced! The seal that Minato uses differs from the seal used by Tobirama and if Minato allows Tobirama to use the chakra link Tobirama could use Minato's markings and vice-versa.

Sasuke's Teleportation is his Rinnegan technique the one he achieved by the powerup given to him the Hagoromo aka the Sage of the Sixth Paths!

For simplicity purpose I'll use Minato mainly and not Tobirama.

Now I'll explain the workings of Hiraishin, the special attributes of Hiraishin and then you'll see how it's above Sasuke's Teleportation.

Well with this speed comparison I was able to clarify that even in the "teleportation" techniques one can be faster than other. As we saw in Kamui's and Hiraishin's case. But what does this have to do with Sasuke's teleportation? Well look below,

The speed of Sasuke's Teleportation:

As you can see Sasuke has teleported to his target but did you notice Naruto? Naruto too had reached his target. Now what does that tell us? That Sasuke's Teleportation speed within his teleportation radius [you'll see explanation below] from preparing his Teleportation to landing an attack is roughly on Par with Naruto's speedblitz.

Comparison and why Hiraishin is better in this department:

It's too simple actually, as we got the manga confirmation above that Sasuke's Teleportation speed [which can only be used in certain radius] is on par or slightly above Naruto's Speedblitz which itself isn't even close to the speed of light or the Hiraishin speed.

As you can see Tobirama is with Juubito in that panel and in the next panel he's used the Hiraishin, everything even the pattern of the Enton or even Juubito's expression has remained the same only Tobirama who used the Hiraishin is out of there! 1. Madara had no knowledge about Sasuke's jutsu and was worried about his other Rinnegan.

2. Madara had full knowledge of Hiraishin and he wasn't "marked" both Tobirama and Minato appeared to a marking near him not on him. Madara noticed the Kunai and countered Minato, had he been branded with mark he'd be hit with that Senpou Rasengan U_U
