Hinata's slap on naruto felt louder and for some reason very funny, the way she just came back and slapped him like she's just told him she's pregnant and he was about to commit suicide Lol

I dont give a **** about neji... he e is soo side character.. neither here neither in the manga... Sooo boring episode and yeah.. as i said i agree with madara.

Beautiful episode. Though they could've added Sad BGM during Shikaku and Inoichi's death.
Obito's voice actor-made the scene look better.

The pacing is FAST. Like really fast, this is their chance to extend the scenes from the war.
Overall, they did a great job in this episode. Solid artwork and nice choice of OST ("Akatsuki" soundtrack is amazing). The deaths were delivered quite well. And the voice acting is superb.
The animation will probably drop in next episode/s, and it's the perfect time (flashbacks incoming).

5/5. I hope "they" won't appear in next episode. 2 chapters per episode is normal, 3 is too much.

I agree, I feel like 3 chapters is too much, although nice sometimes. They should extend and add relevant scenes.

This episode is probably my favourite out of the recent episodes. I was really impressed. Quite a lot happened,quite fast,but it didn't feel rushed. Neji's death was perfect,it wasn't overly dramatized or prolonged.
The episode also ended at exactly the right place, and this is probably the first episode recently that has ever gotten me excited for the next one. Voice acting was pretty good in my opinion.
This episode was epic.
RIP Neji,Shikaku,Inoichi.

so many feeeeels..... Neji and Ino and Shikamaru's parents... I think they did it well and at least they said "its a focused attack and Hinata's air palm can't stop it" so Neji had to jump in. Naruto's realization to Obito's words was done quite well. Then the famous NaruHina moment was nice. Excited to see Sasuke and crew in the next episode. And isn't Naruto supposed to go BSM soon? 4.5/5 .

I don't feel any emotion at all in this episode, it was simpily too rushed and disappointing, I'm still pissed how Neji died like fodder just when you finally bring him in ever since the beginning of Shippuden and now you're going to get rid of him just for Naruto which is always has to be him.

That's why I told many people that the Anime should've add fricken Fillers padding to extend the war scene so that Neji could get a very nice buildups so that it could order to justify the War arc but no people wants canon without any filler into the canon episode and that too me is just as bad as this episode and that Kakashi redemption episode.

Despite it has great animation ,Art and very nice soundtrack that fits in the scene, my rating for this episode is 2/5

Animation is simply amazing, they did a great job on this one.

It felt too fast-paced. The animators should have taken their time to allow the episode to allow the 4 deaths in the episode (Shikaku, Inoichi, Ao, Neji) to sink in to the viewers. The significance of the deaths was extremely downplayed and I was disappointed. I will convey my thoughts by quoting my post from another thread.

Neji's death was poorly portrayed indeed. He's probably the most well-written supporting character in the Konoha 11, but I felt only apathy when he died. Other anime deaths (Jiraya, Minato, etc) actually invoked pathos, but Neji's failed at that completely. Also, I'm really disappointed how downplayed the Allied Forces HQ's destruction was. Shikaku, Inoichi, & Ao (3 supporting characters who had a huge impact on the tide of the war) die all at once, and there's barely any reaction among the other characters. It lacked drama completely. I was really looking forward to this episode, even though I knew what was gonna happen.

Complaints aside, it was pretty funny when Kiba said that he pissed himself after the ten-tails first bomb was released xD.

The animators were in the rush to cover three chapters and that's the reason they destroyed the whole moment of Deaths of some important people.
Neji's death should have become the main focus of this episode but was completely ruined.
The animation quality was perfect but the things which needed to be stuffed in there was too much and not properly managed.
Until Hinata's placing her hand on Naruto's cheeks, the background music was absent for most of the scenes where it was really needed.
After that the episode was good and touching because of the OSTs.
There should have be the WOW moments like
When Obito was warning madara.
When the Juubi came out of the pit. The scene should have done more quick than in a slow motion. Also the key developments in the Juubi could have been focused but it was ruined.
Also the blasts could have had focused as well.
The sad moments for Ino and Shikamaru was ruined (even if it was for few seconds)
Neji's death was horrible. The whole scene of getting pierced by the Mokuton Sashiki jutsu was ruined. What the hell are the animators thinking censoring all that stuff? They think we are 5 years kid who can't see blood? They are airing this kind of anime in Japan and still doubt the mentality of the viewers? It's too bad.

I would give it 2/5
(1 for animation quality)
(1 for Episode part everything after Neji's death)
