I believe that the final fight will be Naruto/bijuu and Kaguya/Shinju he rest of Team 7 will do their best but fail and it's up to Naruto to finish the fight.

The thing I think that will bring Naruto/bijuu victory and give Kaguya/Shinju a permanent defeat (as in, Naruto/bijuu kill them) is the the very thing that makes Naruto who he is. That is, Naruto's will.

10 points to support these ideas (feel free to speak parts if you want):
1) His ninja way of perseverance and not going back on his word. In ch. 448, when he was confronting Nagato and Konan, Nagato stated that could never be true peace but Naruto quotes Jiraiya's first book, "Then I will break that curse. If there's such thing as peace, I will find it. I won't give up!" When Nagato was dying, he recognized Naruto's potential (this is similar to how when Yahiko died, he recognized Nagato's potential to bring peace).

2) His sense of justice and sympathy. This goes with when He fought Haku in ch. 21 and Haku tells him, "When a person… has something important they want to protect… that's when they can become truly strong."

3. Even if Kaguya/Shinju literally drained Naruto's entire chakra system and turned his body into, his will keep him alive. What I mean by that is Naruto's will is what will give his chakra back. That is, going with him being the preferred Chosen One, his will surpass Kaguya's power and the Shinju power combined. That is, I'm saying that Naruto's will reach a divine level.

3. Because Infinite Tsukuyomi creates dream world unique to each target and robbing them of their free will, this is darkness (in the evil context). Thus, that darkness (the moon) will be lose to the sun (light in the good context). That is, the moon represents Kaguya/Shinju but the sun is Naruto.

4. In Kaguya's Naruto Wiki entry, the Personality section says that she "appears to care very deeply about the earth and didn't want to damage it any further opted to kill Team 7 using natural forces by manipulating the earth." While it is admirable to care for the earth, it doesn't seem like Kaguya is the type to really care for both the earth and the life that live on it beyond herself/the Shinju/White Zetsu.

The characters I feel that were the greatest/most genuine modern ninshū followers were Naruto, Jiraiya, & the Ame Orphans. Heck, in the Naruto Wiki Ninshū entry mentions that "Naruto Uzumaki distributing his and Kurama's chakra to connect and protect his fellow shinobi during the Fourth Shinobi World War bears many similarities to Hagoromo's original intent by originally distributing chakra as a whole.

5. Yes, Kaguya is strong, however, she doesn't have real strength. Going with that Haku quote, I believe Haku meant as in something that isn't out of greed but love. An example is, the devotion of Haku and Zabuza (a blurring of brotherly love/homosexuality) is what made them strong. Going with this, Kaguya not using her goddess powers for creation/helping others after it drove her mad and instead using for herself (insert the famous "with great power comes great responsibility" quote from Spider-Man) is why she lacks true strength.

6. From "The 6 Sages: Truth Behind The Six Paths" thread by ★Ψ Veritas Ψ (I did do grammar changes)
Naruto represents All The Six Paths: He has walked down all these paths and Managed to overcome every single one of them.

Lets start with:

Revenge --> He forgave Nagato for killing Jiraiya
Hate --> He overcame his hatred with Love
Wrath --> He was enraged when Hinata was hurt, but he Managed to gain Resolve thanks to his fathers words and of course his own good heart.

Solitude and Prejudice --> I already mentioned he overcame them with Determination, Hope, seeking acknowledgment thanks to his friends of course etc... as have been stated in the manga numerously

Pain and Suffering --> Naruto has been through much pain, of all forms, he still managed to Endure, have faith in himself and those around him and has sacrificed much for his friend/s including Sasuke and Sakura.

Power and Greed and Pride--> Despite gaining enormous power, Naruto is selfless and his only greed is the well being of all those around him. He overcame his Pride with Humility when he kneeled down before Raikage to beg for Sasuke's life.

Loss and Desperation --> Naruto has lost many closed ones, his parents, his master, his fellow disciple, his best friend, Third Hokage and others. He mourned, accepted and his love for them lives on. also there has been many times where he was desperate and lost but managed to overcome them.

Fear, Terror, and War --> Naruto is experiencing War right now, surrounded by fear and terror, including his own death - This is Naruto's Final challenge/Path - He will soon overcome them and become The True Sage Of The Six Paths.
Naruto is a true example of a sage in that a sage is a very wise person and largely comes from these points.

7. Being an Uzumaki descendant really factors in his strength.
8. Simple: TnJ.
9. He'd be even more of an idiot if he thought that a perfect world means no improvement.
10. In addressing the other 9 points, this is why I feel that Kaguya/Shinju should worry that they might not win.

Technically, Naruto being the hero of the story would make Kaguya fodder.
