Thats actually wrong, itachis eye and shisui eye is not the same. However Sasukes eye and Kaguyas eye is the same. Its explained here.

At first i thought kaguya instantly changed the landscape into lava, but after reading again it looks like she might have used the teleporting power that sasuke has aswell to teleport underground into a lava flow chamber. Lol looks like she can tele a good bit farther than sasukes atm.
