Sasori literally has nothing on Orochimaru. If he stays in Hiruko, he will get demolished in 5 seconds with Sensing+Kusanagi to the heart combo.

Poison is useless. Third Kazekage wouldn't even be able to release his sand, but even if he could, then Orochimaru counters Iron Sand: World Method or any big jutsu with a simple Mayfly or Leech All Creation.

Orochimaru is just a terrible match up for Sasori. He has 0 chances of winning.

Any normal attack is piercing orochimaru's skin, he isn't made of diamond & being made of zetsu doesn't change that.

The only thing oro gets from being made of zetsu is some extra oral rebirths, I'm not giving him any of zetsu's other abilities [sensing, healing, etc] uless specified or proven otherwise.

-His summonings particularly, Manda have more than enough durability to tank the piercing attacks of sasoris puppets,, which will prevent them from the poison and with mandas offensive power,, sasoris puppets are getting annihilated since they lack the durability

-orochimaru having snake based abilities and having several antidotes to poison as well as him having snake based DNA that roughly makes him immune to poison is why sasoris attacks arent affecting orochimaru,, especially when the latter has Oral rebirth to survive if the poison is too vast,,,, thereby countering the kazekages large scale IS,,,

-Through summonings, and physical attacks as well as Manda,, orochimaru would overwhelm the 100 puppets eventually and can land an effective blow on sasoris heart to finish him off

This is one of the fake Kusanagi Orochimaru uses, like for example in his Snake Mandala jutsu. This is some random brown snake summon, while the thing that got burned by Amaterasu was a simple snake from his True Form body - and that body has tons of other, same snakes.

Furthermore, you contradict yourself; If the Kusanagi is bound to Orochimaru by soul, should it have not been sealed along with him since Totsuka seals souls, meaning it's inside the gourd and out of his reach?​

Oro without ET and the Zetsu body wins easily. You would have to restrict Oro's summons to make it fairer and even then it wouldn't change a thing. Satetsu is far too linear to ever pose a threat to him, and he can completely work around the offence by going under ground.
