Lml Jinton has no feats of heat, all it does is manipulate molecules in the area it is present. With that logic Mokuton>Katon because it is composed of the water element. Samehada absorbs.

You have no proof that makes a sliver of a difference. Not only that, Samehada can in fact absorb Katon Jutsu, the only thing is the heat causes a disturbance - and a mild one at that.
