2. Can Kaguya travel around time like teleporting to Kamui world, or different dimensions?

1.yes ( we can see his left eye has sharingan, which had the rinnegan previously, and his right one is closed, but still has sharingan)

Nobody seen thus far in the narutoverse can travel through time in the sense that they can travel to the past and future. But there are people who can manipulate the S/T continuum to teleport such as minato and tobirama with FTG and obito and kakashi with kamui. In fact all summoning jutsu are S/T techniques

Well, Obito might be alive if Hashirama saves him with some Senju DNA ( probably not ) Maybe Naruto can save Obito.

Perhaps. But even if obito were to be saved he can only act as support. He can't attack kaguya directly.
