Is there any teacher that can teach me ink ninjutsu, sai bio in sig?

but i have looked on the list and there is none teaching ink ninjutsu so i wanted to know for sure

I posted in your bio a link to the sensei thread, but seems like there is no one able to teach it; so you will have to go though this method.
