-the horns , they are clearly different.
-no 3rd eye for the shinigami.

That's enough to say that the shinigami isn't Kaguya.

-The shinigami mask is kept by the Uzumaki clan , who most probably comes from Hamura.
-We saw that Hagoromo's brother had horns when they fought Juubi.
-Hagoromo has a huge nose , like the shinigami , that huge nose can be a gene the shinigami and Hagoromo share(has their father a huge nose?Or Kaguya loves huge noses , that's why she created her sons with one huge nose.)
-Kin/Gin horns are exactly the same horns as the shinigami , Kin/Gin seems to be related to the sage , and are clearly not from Hagoromo's descendance.
-The shinigami has 2 points above the eyes , like Kaguya , like Kimmimaro who seems to be related to Kaguya
-The teeth of the shinigami look like Kisame's and the 1st Mizukage's.
-can you find other manga facts relating to the shinigami?

That simple hypothesis would explain all those facts and clarify how the ninja were dispached around the world.
That works so great that it can hardly be a coincidence.


The brothers plan:


-What if Hagoromo sealed Hamura in the mask , seal made to be broken by the light of the Mugen Tsukuyomi.
-The brothers plan was to "revive" Hamura when IT is on , to end their mother's plan.
-Her plan is to make Earth her nursery for ever , a chakra producer that she wants to protect at all costs (see how she teleports evry weapon that could damage Earth , team 7 , in a place that could be the red moon in fusion , the goal is to protect her farm aka Earth) , a harvest every 1000 years , making her immortal.
-The preview is clear now with that theory:"In the world Mūgen Tsukuyomi shines upon, that man will finally!?...."

What have they planned to do after Hamura is revived?

-Use the tools to seal her , knowing that she talks too much ( look how talkative she is in the last chapter , she gives informations even if nobody ask for , white zetsus are talkative).
-That would explain why the tools were made to trap silly talkers , and kept by Kin and Gin who most probably are Hamura's descendance.
-That would also explain Hagoromo's attitude with Naruto (not a sage attitude!) , why Hagoromo hid things to Naruto , he doesn't want to reveal their plan and he knows that Naruto probably won't understand anything *_* .

What you say implies that Hashirama made children to her close relative Mito.
You are probably wrong , you may have to reread threads over the Uzumaki origin , and this thread isn't that type of thread , I won't try anything more to make you see the light over that subject.
