To take a quote from the Naruto Wikipedia...

Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton; Viz "Particle Style") is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures.

As we know, Naruto has wind release and now earth and fire release (said so on the wiki, proven in his usage of magma Rasengan). Theoretically, this means that Naruto is able to perform the Particle Style if taught to him. I doubt he would be taught this extremely powerful technique due to the plot. Adding Senjutsu and the power of Kurama to the mix would be so powerful Naruto may even beat Kaguya on his own, could he not?

Either way, it's still cool to know that he can actually do it, eh?

We haven't really seen the Truth Seeking Balls do much of anything. Naruto was completely defenceless against Particle Style while he kicked a TSO with ease.

To be exact, this is a Kekkei Tota. It was said in the series that Onoki was taught the jutsu.
