Idk man. I don't know what to call the tomoe rinnegan the Juubi, Madara, Kaguya and Sasuke have/had. I use Nagato and his rinnegan as the bar to judge others. Without the dojutsu abilities that Nagato displayed, I call tomoe rinnegans, sharingans.

Depending on the events of the manga,, i wont be so surprised if kaguya gets the rinnegans
but i think the eye on her forehead is still a rinnegan,,,, since it has teh same commas and shape as sasukes and madaras eye
