No way in hell that Obito is dead yet, Obito is one of Kishi's favorite characters. Madara is more than likely gone though, we literally saw him blow up into pieces.

He's dead for now. Zetsu left him, and he used Rinne Tensei. Don't forget that.
In the end Kaguya will either die or get persuaded by Naruto and anotha Rinne tensei that will revive the whole world.

i think both are dead. Obito may MAY be unconcious and have a chance to be helped by Naruto since he saved Naruto from the brink of death. Madara was torn to shreds. Almost like what the Ten Tails tried to do to Obito when he became it's host. Kaguya was much much stronger and Madara couldn't fight back.
