But, wouldn't she have the same amount of chakra as it? She started with none then took it's power, so she shouldn't have more.

I guess that make sense. Everyone has chakra now, plus the Juubi's and Madara's.

That was probably an exaggeration or an error in continuity. I'm sure both are immeasurable, but it's likely that with Naruto's new power up his sensing became more refined versus just having regular Sage Mode or BM.

Ah I guess because Naruto got to a new level he could maybe somewhat measure the Juubi's power same said for Kaguya.

well you have to think that since she took madara's body which had what he already had plus the juubi/shinju chakra. as she was taking madara's body she absorbed the chakra of everybody in he world who was caught in the genjutsu. so it's expected that she would have enormous amounts of chakra. as for the kyuubi's statement of the juubi being immeasurable, it has more to do of naruto's level when trying to measure the juubi's chakra. if he himself had the levels he has now, it would have been different.
