[Question] On What conditions are the Ranks Promoted.

I am a Genin after 50 posts.
Are the ranks promoted according to the number of Posts or are there any other ways for promotion of Rank.

PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE IS ANY OTHER WAY AND IF NOT THEN TELL ME HOW MANY POSTS PROMOTE RANKS.

AND HOW CAN I GAIN REP POINTS.

I want to play RPs and I actually enjoy Battle RPs but Senseis tell to increase rank for learning new Jutsus.

For RP'ing purposes, the higher the rank you are, the higher rank jutsus you can learn. As a genin with 50 posts, you can only learn E-Rank jutsus. There's a section called Forum Games, where you can increase your post count, it's solely for that. However, don't double post or break any rules. I suggest you increase your rank until S-Class, i.e. 2400 posts. Then, you can learn jutsus until S-Ranks.
