With Edo tensei, Kabuto wins this pretty easily.

He can't chakra remove an Edo tensei and fight kabuto at the same time.

He can't chakra remove kabuto because of the Hozuki hydrafication technique.

He has uzamaki powers, which fair exceeds Nagato because he got it from Karin.

Muki tensei can't be absorbed and it turns chibakui tensei useless, because
Kabuto controls the boulders/ground etc.

Muu doesnt havee the weighted boulder jutsu that onoki does,,,
nagato can sense him once he goes visible,, and completely troll jinton through preta,,
furthermore muus offense is slower than ST,, and would get annihilated by nagatos offense,,,

by attacking kabuto with multiple summons, ST, shurado missiles,,, ningendo,,, chakra rods,,, etc...

Fair enough but try to remember that kabuto can hide and wiat for the right time to use it. He wouldn't know the genjutsu is active until he hears it and by that time it's too late. Also kabuto can control the cave and play with it's surroundings. Even if nagato uses shinra tensei, kabuto has a 5 second interval before the next attack to strike. Sound is very fast so no doubt he'll be hit almost immediately.
