TOP 10 Darren Shan characters (power ranking)

The base has a surprising amount of Shansters and so I thought i'd make a top tier list. This is the top 10 STRONGEST vampires and vampaneze shown in both The Sage of Darren Shan series and the Larten Crepsley series.

1. Mr Tiny (possible omniscient)

2. Evanna/Mr Tall (pseudo-omniscients)

3. Larten Crepsley (one-shotted Murlough, fought Steve, fake Vampire Prince & Gannen all at once, slaughtered hundreds)

4. Vancha/Gannen Harst (Brothers are equally matched)

5. Kurda (pacifist but beat some of the strongest vampires)

6. Arrow/Mika (the other princes)

I wouldn't want to put her with the princes. She's only amazing on the bars and not in actual combat. Sadly her only 2 fights in the main series she both lost in, the latter costing her her life. :/ which is a shame because she's awesome.

He is more of a teacher in my opinion. He is capable, but not on Larten's or the Princes levels. And he is blind.

Edit: Not using that one thing that can exterminate the human race (last forms of Darren/Steve).

Yeah but other than hugely hyping and increasing Larten's feats it really doesn't add or take away much from the ranking. Wester wasn't really top 10 material and a lot of the newcomers were weak (I love Tanish though)

Yeah it gets pretty good and the finish is so bizarre

Ummm top 15 maybe, he's a blind games master- his job is basically keeping boars and learning maps. He also is just a tough nut.

Seriously? I thought if anything the Crepsley saga cemented him as stronger than the brothers. Vancha was close behind.

Remember Crepsley put up an AMAZING fight in his death battle, even though he was facing Steve, the fake Vampaneze Lord AND Gannen. Vancha's good but he stalemates with Gannen alone, he wouldn't have lasted nearly as long...and considering as Larten was able to pretty much kill Steve he did a good job.

I know right! Whenever you think he's done he falls to a new low, him running from Crespley and the vampaneze refusing to finish him off was like the best moment so far (well, other than the 'they called me Quicksilver' moment....eesh)

Just a shame Tanish got fat....I tend to forget that bit when visualising the books lol.

Yeah Idk, weird- I always associate the two characters. There's something about a 'weak' person using alternative methods to kick ass that gets to me. Also being a liar is always awesome too, even if it's just for a righteous cause.
