Since Mount Myoboku and Gamamaru was there in the ancient times, when Rikudou Sennin was alive, shouldn't this be the time for a come back?! We need Ma and Pa!

Naruto and Kyuubi are fine, this mean Ma and Pa can help Naruto, collecting nature energy in a non stop rhythm. Plus they can give info for the readers about Kaguya, Shinju, Rikudou, Rikudou's brother and Ashura and Indra.

And the most important question can be aswered: why did animals join humans war, since Shinju never cared about our fate?

You do understand that naruto dont need ma and pa to do that.
He can Make a Clone and make the clone collect narutal Chakra, Ma and PA wont be much of a help at this time unless Madara or Kaguya are affect by sound genjutsu, which at this point seems too low on the totem pole to actually do that. Also Narutos chakra pool is so large i dont even think they would be much of a help in the process of collecting Natural Energy

You guys don't get it. We need answers and Ma and Pa probably knows what's happening, since Gamamaru was alive in Rikudou era! This knowledge is what we need. And Kishimoto can use Sage Mode as an excuse!
