Kisame wins. 30 Meters is more than enough to create a large mass of water. More so, we have already seen KCM Nardo get his ass handed to him by v2 tailed beasts, he's clearly not as powerful. Kisame tanks any physical attack and absorbs all of his chakra after every attempted blitz while Kisame just heals. GSB ends, Daikodan potentially ends, 1000 sharks ends. Blitzing isn't occuring at 30 meters nor is it occuring like it did last time considering he wasn't in his battle stance.
Edit: Do disprove me, I have a feeling I am wrong anyways (unless it's about blitzing).

This is normal KCM, as in the one who was up against Ay. If this is BM or KCSM then it's an absolute roflstomp.
