Lol those aren't technically errors where it makes the manga have loopholes but i do know what you mean about not keeping in the manga in order?

...These aren't huge mistakes at all... And it's super hard to draw each panel perfect. Drawing manga is a long process which takes A LOT of time, and these little detail mistakes can be seen more when the mistake is so realistically drawn as in Naruto.

nope thats minato. The jacket is different and Naruto wasnt in SM was he?

Kishi did make quite a bit of mistakes here and there but the reason he changed his hair was bcoz he looked kinda similar to naruto and we could have confused between the two in some cases... Like when he first activated his kyuubi cloak mode... Many of us thought it was naruto...
