Obito has uchiha and senju kekkai genkai

So even without the rinnegan, he can still use the rikudou Justus and Gedo mazou.

Madara taught Obito to use it through the black rods.

Same way the pain corpse use the Justus, and Gedo statue.

Though I had some little doubts on who to put first but ...

Although you may disagree with 3rd place and 10th place , Kakuzu held his own against Hashirama and still got out alive from the fight . ABC logic is wrong but here I doubt that Itachi would be left alive from a Hashirama fight . Even so , Kakuzu has shown incerdibile feats in the manga . As for Zetsu I know that he has been relevant for past chapters and stabbing a Juubi jinchuuriki , but all he has for a power is being 'sneaky' . He still has a weak mokuton . u_u

He has his haxed poison which alone would take down most of the other akatsuki. :|
Kisame literally stands no chance against him.
Itachi has shitty stamina and can't keep running forever, he would have to use amaterasu to take down Hiruko which would already drain his stamina down enormously.
Kakuzu's case is clear, the poison takes him down too.

Deidara admitted that Sasori was stronger of the two. Deidara is really strong also.

You're majorly underestimating Sasori.

He is a Kage level shinobi no doubting that, but most Akatsuki members are Kage level shinobi as well. In Akatsuki, he is only stronger than Deidara(not counting Hidan, Konan and Zetsu who are clearly the weak-trio) who is a strong Kid with close to no experience, not allowing him to use his full capacities rightfully. Once again, Kabuto sacrificed him in the Ambush squad for a reason when the likes of Kakuzu were left behind with Nagato and Itachi for a while
