Nah I know how broken Sandaime is, I just don't see how him being broken allows him to win this fight. Kisame is a terrible match up for him since he can drown him instead of having to figure out how to get past his defence. He can remove his chakra shroud thus remove his hell-stab to make him ineffective against his high durability. Anyways, as I claimed earlier, all of Kisame's jutsu require one single hand seal/clap. Sandaime isn't doing anything about this [

Did Karin not say Ay had tailed beast level chakra? Did Third Raikage not stalemate with the second strongest tailed beast (unarmoured and unarmed)? Did third Raikage not fight for 3 days and 3 nights straight before dying?
Yes Third Raikage has tailed beast level chakra and immense speed. People doubting the Raikages speed need to re read the manga, his speed has been noted to be immense, we've seen him take out dozens of people in an instant, Naruto already noted how fast he was in KCM. In terms of hype and feats, 3rd Raikages speed is at least v1 Ay's level and faster than Bee.
4 finger hell stab alone can take out dozens of ninja in "An INSTANT". 1'finger hell stab isn't getting absorbed faster than the Raikage can pierce through Kisame. Nor is 25 m too far for the Raikage to blitz from. The momentum alone from the hell stab is enough to decapitate Kisame at full speed. Samehada isn't stopping reducing the sharpness of 1 finger hell stab fast enough to stop a fatality.

Ay having tailed beast levels of chakra=/=Sandaime having it. He has large chakra reserves, still not comparable to Bee's. He has large chakra reserves, still no proof of v1 Raiton shroud containing as much chakra as v2 tails worth of chakra. Being capable of beating 8 tails due to chopping its tails of, which are the most concentrated part of chakra in a Biju. Indeed it is immense, but I have no reason to believe he can charge his shroud and proceed to blitz Kisame before he can clap his hands. No, Bee's speed is beyond MS Sasuke's by a long run, and MS Sasuke was shown to be faster than Ay in v1. v1 Ay is still likely to be much slower than v2 Bee, when base Bee could out speed MS Sasuke by a long run. Anyways, until you can get me any scans actually implying his speed, not his agility, is comparable to v1 Ay, your point remains moot.
Instant is obviously hyperbole, considering he would have to be omnipresent for such a feat. It's absorbed, end of story. If v2 shroud was massively absorbed, Sandaime, who moves slower and has less chakra present on his body, will get his entire shroud absorbed. Too bad Kisame can clap before 25 meters are blitzed lmao.. Samehada doesn't reduce its sharpness, it simply absorbs the entire shroud leaving no traces of the hell stab. Anyways, what was you counter to the Suiton dome? I missed it u.u

Kisame shits. He can absorb anything the Raikage throws at him. Speed shouldn't be a factor since it's clear that the 3rd Raikage isn't as fast as Ay.
How is his chakra not comparable to Bee? If he and the Eight Tails passed out from exhaustion that would mean he made Eight Tails use up all its chakra. Do you understand that?
Even if Kisame claps is hands the water would still need to come out and he would still need to actually fuse with his sword, his head is already gone. Your acting like when the water comes out Raikage cant still run on it and simply decapitate him. MS Sasuke is not faster than V1 Ay, where did you get this at? If he was faster than him he would have never got Liger Bombed. I already linked the scans you need to see, all you saw was a blur and then dozens of ninja were dead all around him. Who else has done that in the series, besides Minato?
He swims out of the dome by swimming upward, unless you think the dome can go into the sky.

Incorrect. It was stated he cut off all of his tails. It is factual information that a Biju's largest concentration of chakra is in its tails, as demonstrated by Kyuubi numerous amounts of times. Furthermore, being capable of enduring the same length of time doesn't mean equivalent chakra. A fodder who uses techniques that barely use chakra can keep up with a high kage who uses massive chakra in terms of durability. <This is figurative btw, but you get the point.

]. 25 meters is quite a long distance, I don't see Sandaime turning on raiton shroud and blitzing pre-jutsu finish. More so, what happens if Kisame creates shadow clones and uses doton subterranean voyage (if that's what it's called) and has them all spread out in the forest. This would make it rather hard for Sadaime to catch the correct one, unless you are claiming he either hits the right one, or blitzes them all before Kisame can clap his hands (you probably will say that, on second thought). Lol, are you actually claiming he's running on this [x]? Considering Bee in v2 was already drowining, I see no reason to believe why Sandaime wouldn't be in the same position. Kisame took down KB, what is different about 3rd Raikage here? Actually funny enough it was stated by Hachibi and Hashi themselves that Jins are stronger than Bijuus because they can concentrate power. 3rd Raikage tied with the 8 tails alone, Kisame med diff'd the 8 tails jinchuuriki.
Also, Kisame is #4 in Akatsuki after the Itachi-Obito-Pain triangle. He lost to Gai because he was weakened, starving in Samehada for weeks, and it was a horrible match up for him. Yet Kisame still was capable of getting the intel to Tobi despite KCM Naruto, KB, and Gai's presence.

The feats of Third Raikages massive chakra level are as clear as day, if you choose to not believe it or downplay it then that's up to you. Fighting for 3 days and making a tailed beast pass out is all the proof you need. Raikage didn't even pass out from chakra exhaustion, he stabbed himself and got ko'd.
Sasuke wasn't faster than v1 Ay, what a joke. People will laugh at you for saying such a thing. Sasuke used the sharingan to Ay's attacks, and he still got liger bombed. Not sure where you got Bee being faster from Sasuke from, not saying your wrong, just saying I don't know where you got it from. Oh my gosh, Ay is not slower than v2 bee U_U, I seriously don't know where in the manga that bee has been hailed for all this speed you're giving him, I know he's fast but damn.
Again, Samehada isn't absorbing the entire shroud before Raikage pierces him with hell stab. His chakra will be shaved off but not before getting pierced through at high speed.
There is no argument for water dome, that's Kisame's own downfall. He'll be severely electrocuted by black lightning. Samehada isn't going to magically stop the pain, he can try to absorb as much as he can but it'll still badly hurt under water. We've already seen that Samehada doesn't stop damage, Kisame still gets hurt, especially depending on how powerful the attack is.

Also in regard to you other comment. Kisame never faced the full 8 tails Bee. 3rd Raikahe did and took him down. V2 bee < full 8 tails

Outcome doesn't change. GSB > Tailed beast bombs if it got to that point. Samehada is sucking the full 8 tails dry.
