It could go either way depending on how the battle unfolds.

Both are smart and evidently, Tobirama has witnessed Susano'o and Amaterasu and is very knowledgeable of Sharingans overall.

The slightest thing could tip the scales either way; so it would be a very-high diff match to either party imo. After all, both have advantages and disadvantages over each other.

itachi could win. tobirama wasnt at ems madaras level:| hashi was the only one that could compete with him. ftg is the only tech that i would see tobirama to defeat itachi. without yata and totsuka then it could go either way high diff. with yata and totsuka then itachi wins med diff
