Chidori Senbon (Rank A) uses shape transformation, and the more the chakra use, the more the senbons. It becomes much more effective with sharingen, allowing Sasuke to target enemy’s vital parts:

Sasuke can fight with Kusangi and once Itachi gets close, paralyses him with Nagashi. Senbon can be used from a far off distance for precision attack. Itachi can't dodge all of those Needles. Sasuke is also more versatile in Kenjutsu :

Taijutsu: Itachi shitted on him. Don't be in denial. Zetsu even stated Itachi should have clearly dodged the Shuriken attack.

Ninjutsu: Itachi already dodged Sasuke's entire arsenal except for Kirin. Which GL to Sasuke in getting off Kirin, because Itachi stood there like a sore thumb last time.

Genjutsu: Useless here for both sides.

Intelligence: Manga has put Itachi at a higher level than Sasuke.

Itachi could of blitzed Sasuke's head off in the first few minutes of their fight when he only had 3T activated and wasn't even trying. Having Itachi try is basically making this a bloodbath in his favor.

Agreed, Itachi was throwing Sasuke around like a ragdoll. . .and even that was probably more due superior shunshins and reaction time, but nonetheless Sasuke was overwhelmed.

Sasuke also dodged Itachi's entire arsenal as well and even managed to overpower him in their katon skirmish. Regular and CS2 Lightning techs definitely give Sasuke the edge on both raw power and versatility in the ninjutsu category.
