In the latest chapter of Naruto, it's confirmed that Black Zetsu are immune to Infinite Mugen Tsukoyomi which mean Itachi Tsukoyomi are useless against Black Zetsu. I spotted a "Golden Byakugan"
Black Zetsu are very fast and was able to snatch over Ninetails chakra from Minato who was said to be the fastest shinobi.
We saw how team Mei with Chojuro struggle to beat Black Zetsu mainly because he's easily avoidable and has Senju DNA using woods as advantage.
However thanks to Naruto help who also missed the black zetsu with rasenshiruken as a decoy, Chojuro manage to catch him off guard and sliced Black Zetsu in half.
Unlike Sasuke, Itachi clearly have no speed feats, so he'll have hard time striking a target with using fireball technique, or even Susanoo. The only best possible scenario is to use Amatarsu, and even he was to hit Black Zetsu, Zetsu will always manage to get away and duplicate into another form going underneath to the ground who claimed to be the land.
Itachi Yata Mirror is the best counter to Black Zetsu, however Zetsu would not be stupid enough to fall under Itachi prey because if you remember the fight with Gaara vs Madara, Gaara was able to use sand from underneath the Susanoo and made Madara catch off guard pulling him out.
The same thing with Black Zetsu just by going underneath the ground in pop out inside Itachi Susanoo and struck him into the chest being paralyzed unable to move and control his body and thats a GG for Itachi just like he did with Madara.
