doesn't matter how much he improved, my statement was about him not being fast compared to others he is competeing with. Also its easy to shave 0.7s when you were running slow to begin with and growing. You saying 0.7s faster from a 12.4 is like me saying this fat kid is fast because last year he ran a 18s 100m and now hes running a 15s 100m.
