i think this would be an amazing fight obito was always weary of itachi is why he couldnt speak to sasuke or show his true motives until itachi died.

this being said itachi saw obito as his mentor but did not respect him however itachi never attacked him knowing his power.

itachi has amazing strength and is one of or the strongest in the akatsuki, but obito was the leader

Well, Itachi has nothing that can hurt Obito, due to intangibility.

And due to his illness, Itachi's stamina was so poor that he dies after a few minutes of Susanoo usage.

Obito is miles above Itachi in stamina.

Itachi also had Ka from shsusi in his crow summon whne he was alive,he could easily erase Obito memory.

Obito must see his oponent inorder to use ghost mode or s/t and kamui.Tsukyomi or Finger genjutsu will easily imobilise obito for itachi to make another attack
