naruto can expand his rasengans at will. your post shows how big they were when he formed them, but it does not prove they remained that size when he threw them. the scan you do have shows that one is more or less the same size as sasuke's susanoo so for now we have to conclude thats how big they can get.

Blowing something up is more efficient that cutting something with a sword when trying to reduce an object to rubble and Sasuke bisected the CT in one slash. The rest were just to break it into smaller pieces so they won't cause do much damage when they hit the ground

OT: Sasuke's Susanoo flies MUCH Faster than the BDRS that thing is never getting within range XD
