Having a jinnchuriki seems to make bijuu power more focused. Some say kurama countered all the bijuu dama . So that means kurama is superior . But i don't know for sure . We only saw 8 and 9 tails with a perfect jinn . So maybe if the other bijuu had perfect jinn they would be just as strong . Seems like bee can stay in transformation mode for ever .
