Anyone has a Origin account with Battlefield 4 so i can try? So i can use to download on PC tried Battlefield 3 Because its free online and is hella fun xD

Dont know if my Laptop can handle it and ect i could run BF3 on low so probably can but just wanted to try it out

And BF4 is slightly heavier on system resources. If you can just run BF 3 on laptop with low settings, then I'm not sure how your laptop can handle BF4. Try System Requirements Lab posted above^^^.
BF4 has a problem with very low tickrate of 10Hz, which is extremely pathetic, compared to games like CS. But if you're just a casual player, maybe you don't care, but it does affect the online experience a little.
