Actually the fact that Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, which is also known as the sage of the six path's, had a brother should have also a meaning for the current plot, I guess.

Hagoromo exists still as floating chakra and coudn't it be the same with his brother? Now that Kaguya will appear again, it's my belief that he and his brother destroyed/sealed their own mother in the past to bring peace and order. Afterwards they fought the incarnation of the holy tree.

However, Naruto and Sasuke are no match for Kaguya now, but if Hagoromos brother could give them his power it should be possible to defeat her maybe. Due to the special chakra of Hagoromos brother Naruto could achieve the Byakugan which would serve his fighting style really well. Sasuke on the other hand would gain his hermit-mode and a second Rinnegan.

However, what do you think about it? Do you think we will see him again? Even for a short time? I don't expect the same scenario as chapter 670 though.

Will of Fire = Fire Will (Adjective + Noun)
Will of Kaguya = Kaguya's Will (ownership 's)
